找到你安装虚拟机的文件夹，默认的是

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\My Virtual Machines\XXX

打开你安装的虚拟机的文件夹，重命名或删除里面 *.lck 文件夹，重新导入你的 *.vmdk 即可。
